Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys making a positive impact through exceptional service. Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in residential and/or commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential and/or commercial properties
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Follow company cleaning procedures, safety standards, and checklists
Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
